The Stage 32 Videos: Star Trek

Device Time was a Singapore school project about curbing cellphone usage gone off the rails in which Katherine Kern plays multiple roles. Inspired by Katherine’s enthusiasm for Jim Carrey movies, which led us to In Living Color’s “Wrath of Farakkhan” episode with Jim Carrey and then finally led us back to the original Star Trek series, where she diligently studied the original characters.

This was a short film produced by Tribbletoys.com that I directed, edited, scored and did the VFX. It pays tribute to a classic episode of the original Star Trek series.
